Funny (not necessarily true) Way to Get Out of Jury Duty

On Behalf of | Nov 6, 2012 | Firm News |

As a trial attorney, I am often asked by every family member, friend, postal worker, small business owner, etc. – “How do I get out of jury duty?”  First, I have served jury duty.  I know Cuyahoga County Judges that have served jury duty. Ralph Wilson, owner of the New York Mets, just served jury duty.  It is hard to avoid once you receive the summons in the mail.  Moreover, in Cuyahoga County, even if you get kicked off the jury, you still have to wait all week in the jury pool room (although they do have WiFi).  But, here is a video that I found from HowCast.  Enjoy.  http://youtu.be/epYSXPjv4ik
