Tell me about a time when you felt discriminated against, picked on, or bullied and how that impacts how you do your job?
While I had not really any experience of getting bullied nor discriminated, I believe that I would be able to continue with my work regardless. I do not take things personally as much that it would affect my work.
What’s the most important aspect of the law to you?
I believe that the most important aspect of the law is for everyone to be heard. All sides will always provide their own stories, and it will provide clarity for the judge/jury to provide a final decision.
What’s the best piece of advice you can give to anyone who is being discriminated against at work?
It is very important to learn to manage and control one’s emotions. Not everyone can do it, but mastering your feelings will bring you to great hights when it comes to dealing with people. Communication is essential and we can’t avoid having some bad dealings at times.
