About Me
What’s the most important aspect of the law to you?
The law is meant to protect. It should never be weaponized against any person, group, or to push an agenda.
Why is it important to you to represent real people instead of companies?
Representing real people has a rewarding feeling that representing companies simply cannot give. When you represent everyday people just like yourself, you are able to connect on a personal level. You learn about their lives, their family, their wins and losses, and you begin to see the real emotion and degree of harm that an employer’s conduct has caused that person outside of the workspace. Far too many people are left to accept the wrongful actions of their employers and deal with them in silence. By representing real people, I am able to give these individuals a real fighting chance to correct the harm done to them and hold employers accountable for their actions.
When did you decide that working with Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm was the correct choice?
Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm takes pride in being the best at what it does. Focusing only on employee side litigation gives the firm a significant advantage over other firms that try to do everything. Additionally, the culture is one that allows young attorneys to gain plenty of real world experience early on in their careers. This allows young attorneys to build their confidence and a solid foundation in practice early on that many other young attorneys will not have until later.
