Biography

Nicholas Provenzano is an Attorney at Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm. Nick earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland in 2020. After college, Nick briefly pursued his first passion, teaching, in the D.C. Metropolitan area before moving to Columbus, Ohio to attend The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During law school, Nick quickly discovered his passion for employment law and developed that passion by joining Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm as a law clerk in his 2L year. He graduated in 2024. When he isn’t fighting for his clients, Nick enjoys traveling. So far, he has been to four continents and has seen three wonders of the world. He plans to see them all!

About Me

While there are many reasons, it mainly comes down to building meaningful relationships and holding wrongdoers accountable for their actions. Our clients each have a unique story but have all been wronged in some way. It is exciting and fulfilling to work with them to right those wrongs.
During the first month of working as a law clerk. Right away, I was working closely with the Columbus attorneys, getting continuous positive and constructive feedback, and gaining practical knowledge that I couldn’t get anywhere else. The positive aspects of the job have only increased the longer I’ve worked here.
Stay strong and protect yourself. The two best ways to accomplish that are to report the discrimination early and often, and document everything.
