While at UK, Zack started volunteering at the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program helping members of underserved communities prepare and file their taxes. He has continued to volunteer with the clinic ever since.

As an Ohio native, Zack's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kent State University (2019), with a focus on Public Policy. After some time gaining practical insight on the art of litigating, Zack transitioned into transactional legal work as a Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration Attorney before finding his passion in Employment Law at Spitz, The Employee's Law Firm.

About Me

When considering the most important aspect of the law, I firmly believe it’s ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, has their day in court with a zealous advocate.

The law, at its best, is a framework designed to provide justice, resolve disputes, and protect rights. However, these concepts remain theoretical if access to the legal system is limited or if individuals are unable to effectively present their case. That’s why the opportunity for fair access to the courts, and the right to be represented by an attorney who will passionately and diligently fight for their interests, is paramount.

Without a dedicated advocate, navigating the complexities of the legal system can be overwhelming, leaving individuals at a significant disadvantage. My commitment is to be your zealous advocate, ensuring that your voice is heard, your rights are protected, and you receive the fair hearing you deserve.

My practice is deeply rooted in the belief that working for individuals, rather than large corporations, is fundamentally more impactful and fulfilling.

When we represent individuals, we are often addressing the most critical issues in their lives: their personal freedoms, their financial security, their family’s well-being, or their very ability to seek justice against a powerful entity. This direct human connection means that every victory, big or small, has a profound and immediate positive effect on someone’s life. It’s about empowering the vulnerable, righting wrongs, and ensuring that everyone, regardless of their resources, has a voice and a champion in the legal system.

For me, the personal stakes involved when representing individuals offer a unique sense of purpose and a deeper connection to the principles of justice and equity that initially drew me to the law. It’s a commitment to ensuring that the legal system serves people first.

Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm, distinguishes itself through its singular and unwavering focus on employees’ rights.

What they do better than anyone else stems from this dedication:

Exclusive Employee Representation: Unlike many firms that might represent both employers and employees, Spitz is strictly an employment law litigation firm that represents employees only. This singular focus means their attorneys are constantly immersed in and updated on employment law issues, ensuring deep expertise.

Passion for the Cause: The firm’s attorneys pride themselves on protecting and fighting for employees’ rights. This goes beyond just taking cases for business; it’s about what is “right and wrong” and upholding the dignity of individuals in the workplace.

Accessibility and Client-Centric Approach: They offer free initial consultations and a “No Fee Guarantee,” meaning they don’t get paid until clients recover. They also emphasize clear communication, timely responses (within 24 hours for emails), and direct interaction with clients.

Comprehensive Advocacy: They stand up to employers of all sizes, using aggressive litigation or strategic negotiation to hold them accountable for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
