Biography

Hannah Martin is an attorney at Spitz, The Employee's Law Firm. Hannah graduated from Ohio Northern University with her undergraduate degree in management before continuing at Ohio Northern for law school. While pursuing her degrees, Hannah worked remotely for six years for a law firm in Charlotte, NC advocating for the rights of injured federal employees. In addition, Hannah served as a legal extern for Crime Victim Services in Lima, Ohio during her final year of law school. While there, Hannah worked to protect the rights of victims of crime by guiding and supporting them through the criminal justice system.

Hannah joined Spitz, The Employees Law Firm in 2023. Hannah is dedicated to providing compassionate and knowledgeable counsel to each of her clients and looks forward to working with you.

About Me

I chose to practice employment law to protect the rights of employees. I believe that all employees are valuable and deserve a safe and positive work environment – and I will strive to achieve that end for each of my clients.
Law school was three of the most challenging – yet rewarding – years of my life. I read and retained more information than I ever thought possible, and learned to analyze problems in a whole new way. While there were times that studying was simply exhausting, I was determined to persevere so that I could be an advocate for those who needed it.
Every week as a child, I was highly committed to pleading the case of why I deserved a candy bar in the checkout line at the grocery store. One time, my mother told me I’d make a good attorney someday (as she simultaneously set my Reese’s cup on the counter). Thus, my family often jokes that that was my motivation. However, as I grew up, I decided I wanted to be a lawyer so I could provide a voice for my clients in the often complex and confusing legal system.
