About Me

I decided to practice employment law because I am passionate about public interest law.
The best piece of advice I have for someone experiencing discrimination at work is to reach out to an employee’s rights attorney as soon as possible, as they can help you understand your rights, preserve critical evidence, and guide you on how to respond in a way that protects your long-term interests.
Spitz, The Employee's Law Firm is the best at providing accessibility to all potential clients. By offering free consultations and working on a contingency fee basis, Spitz ensures that individuals can pursue justice without worrying about upfront legal costs. This approach removes financial barriers and allows employees to focus on their rights, not their ability to pay.
