About Me
Tell me about a time when you felt discriminated against, picked on, or bullied and how that impacts how you do your job?
As a neurodivergent person, I have struggled to get employers to recognize and accommodate my needs. I understand just how it feels to be struggling, to ask for help and not be taken seriously. I fight for my clients because I firmly believe in standing together with those who are standing up for themselves.
Why is it important to you to represent real people instead of companies?
Companies have plenty of money and resources, and plenty of people willing to fight for the companies’ interests. Spitz is here to fight for individuals, people who don’t have all that power behind them. We fight for real people because people are the ones who really matter.
What’s the best piece of advice you can give to anyone who is being discriminated against at work?
Stand up for yourself, and document everything. If your struggle with your employer is documented in texts, emails, or even notes to yourself, it will be that much easier to force your employer to come to the table.
