Bella Kneidel

I decided to practice employment law because it offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on people’s lives by advocating for fair treatment and ensuring their rights are protected in the workplace. I am passionate about helping hardworking people navigate difficult situations and complex legal issues while also empowering them to stand up for themselves.

I believe it is important to represent real people instead of companies because individuals deserve to have their voices heard and their rights protected. By representing people, I can help make sure they are treated with respect while advocating for those who may not have the power to seek it on their own.

My desire to help others inspired me to become an attorney. Growing up, I often witnessed situations where individuals were treated unfairly and I later realized the power the law holds in creating fairness and change. I was drawn to advocating for people by using the law to solve problems and protect their rights.
