Julia Allyson Gardea

I was drawn to employment law because it combines two things that are important to me: advocating for people and helping them through difficult situations. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly in the workplace, and I am grateful to be in a position where I can help protect those rights.

The most important aspect of the law to me is helping people. Being able to make a positive impact during a difficult time in someone’s life is what drew me to this profession and continues to make the work rewarding.

I believe representing individuals is especially important because the outcome of a case can have a life-changing impact on one person and their family. Companies have resources to defend their interests, but many employees don’t have the same advantage. Being able to advocate for those individuals is incredibly meaningful to me.
