About Me
Tell me about a time when you felt discriminated against, picked on, or bullied and how that impacts how you do your job?
What stayed with me wasn’t just the treatment. It was how hard it was to name it out loud, and how few people were willing to. I’ve felt that silence. It taught me to watch and listen to the patterns. I don’t always know right away what’s behind how someone is being treated, but I know when something is there. When a client tells me something feels off, I don’t dismiss it. I follow it where the facts go.
What’s the most important aspect of the law to you?
Accountability. It’s also the hardest thing to master, because it means holding myself to the same standard I hold others to. One person against a big system is a lot. I want to be part of the team that holds the line together, because that’s what makes accountability possible.
When did you decide that working with Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm was the correct choice?
Write it down: dates, names, what was said, and who saw it. Keep it somewhere that isn’t a work device. Then talk to someone who knows your rights.
Not every harmful behavior is illegal, and some of it gets tolerated for far too long. That doesn’t mean what happened to you wasn’t real. Having to put up with something doesn’t make your experience any less valid. Deadlines are short, and they don’t wait for you to feel ready, so reach out early and let someone help you sort out what the law covers.
