I am an attorney from Bogotá, Colombia, with a background in labor, civil, and family law. I earned my law degree from Universidad de los Andes and have dedicated my career to protecting individual rights and promoting fairness in the workplace. My legal experience includes representing and advising employees in cases involving workplace disputes, discrimination, and unfair treatment.
I am fluent in English and Spanish, which enables me to assist clients from diverse backgrounds and help bridge cultural and language gaps in navigating the legal system.
I believe the law is more than a set of rules, it is a powerful tool to level the playing field and hold those in power accountable. My mission is to fight for employees' rights with diligence, compassion, and strategic advocacy, whether they are facing discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, or other workplace injustices.

Early in my career, I experienced subtle but persistent discrimination in a workplace where my ideas were often dismissed until echoed by others. That experience taught me the importance of ensuring that every person’s voice is heard and respected. Today, I bring that awareness into my work, advocating fiercely for employees whose rights and dignity have been compromised.
