About Me
Interview questions and answers:

It is no surprise that business entities and individuals with large monetary resources can tip the scales of justice in their direction without the merits of the case even being reached. Too many times, the “little person’s” rights are trampled on with impunity. This is why I have always worked for less-advantaged clients who have been legally wronged.

Yes, I did! I went to night law school at Cleveland State. During the day, while my wife worked, I cared for two toddlers in diapers. She returned home at 4:00 pm, I drove downtown, studied for an hour and attended class from 6-10 pm four nights per week as well as a class on Saturday morning. This went on for four years. Then, our third child was born three months before the bar exam. It’s a wonder that my wife and I survived. (We finally figured out what caused pregnancy.)

Keep contemporaneous written notes–what, when, who. Keeping notes about discriminatory mistreatment at the time of the events is much more persuasive than attempting to recall and prepare a timeline after the fact.
