Biography

Michael McArdle joined Spitz, The Employee's Law Firm as an associate attorney in March of 2025. In 2021, Michael graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a degree in Business Management, specifically concentrating in Marketing as well as Leadership & Organizational Change. Michael then went on to graduate cum laude from New England Law | Boston in the spring of 2024. During law school, Michael was fortunate to have had the opportunity to gain legal experience interning with both the Brockton and Taunton Superior Courts in addition to his internship focused on personal injury and medical malpractice. Michael is strongly motivated by his dedication to help those in need through zealous advocacy.

About Me

Why is it important to you to represent real people instead of companies?

I have seen firsthand how difficult it can be to stand up against unfair treatment at work. By representing real people, I can provide a voice to those who might otherwise feel powerless or silenced. I am committed to empowering people by advocating for their rights as workers and, above all, as human beings.

Who or what inspired you to become an attorney?

My early obsession with history sparked my interest in becoming an attorney. I grew up fascinated by how essential the law is to the foundation of our society. This passion deepened during my undergraduate business studies, where I learned about the protections and nuances of employment law. I knew I wanted to channel my love for learning and social justice into helping individuals navigate difficult legal challenges.

What’s the best piece of advice you can give to anyone who is being discriminated against at work?

You are not alone! Do not hesitate to reach out for help because there are people who will stand with you and support you, including our firm. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness—it’s a sign of self-awareness and strength.
