About Me
Why did you decide to practice employment law?
Employment law covers a broad spectrum of issues, from contract disputes to wage claims to disability accommodations. The variety can be intellectually stimulating and provides the opportunity to develop expertise in several areas.
Why is it important to you to represent real people instead of companies?
Highlighting people over corporations emphasizes humanity, agency, and personal responsibility, rather than just profit-driven motives. It keeps the focus on individual impact and growth.
Who or what inspired you to become an attorney?
The complexities of law and its intersection with various aspects of society—politics, business, human rights—coupled with a deep interest in problem-solving and critical thinking led me to a legal career. Law offers a unique opportunity to constantly learn and evolve in response to societal changes.
